I. ADVERTISING IN BULLETINS AND WEB PAGE:
• Animated banner of the Platinum Sponsor in the home page and all internal pages of the website www.fadja.com. Period between September 30 of 2013 and September 30 of 2014.
• Platinum Sponsor’s logo in Thirteen (13) periodical bulletins, in HTML format (with images) sent to 10.000 contacts.
• Business description, products and services of the Platinum Sponsor in HTML in HTML format (with image) to 10,000 contacts, exclusive to Four (4) Platinum Sponsor.
• HTML Exclusive to Platinum Sponsor broad description of the company, its main product, photographs and details of their areas of commercial representation in the world, sent to database of 10,000 contacts.
• Platinum Sponsor’s logo in Five (5) institutional advertising arts in HTML (with image), sent to a database of 10,000 contacts, and nominees: Why exhibit at FADJA 2014?, Happy Holidays, Virtual Invitation Card and Officer Programming of FADJA 2014.
• One (1) advertising page of the Platinum Sponsor in the Virtual Exhibitor’s Catalog FADJA 2014.
II. ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL NETWORKS:
• Platinum Sponsor´s logo in the background template account @ FADJA _ Colombia on Twitter, currently has 855 followers and 1,500 tweets cast.
• If the Platinum Sponsor has active Twitter account, will retuitiado, at least once a day. Also your tweets will be marked as favorites.
• The brand of the Platinum Sponsor will receive two weekly mentions @ FADJA _ Colombia, accompanied by similar brands or commercial interest related to yours.
• Platinum Sponsor´s logo on the front official Fan Page Andean Gaming Trade Show https://www.facebook.com/pages/Feria-Andina-de-Juegos-de-Azar-FADJA/146301938734409 , currently with 645 people who have given Likes, over 500 photographs and 12 albums.
• If the Platinum Sponsor has a Facebook profile or Fan Page will ¨share ¨ most of their status and invite friends of the administrators of the page, to click on the Platinum Sponsor page.
• The Platinum Sponsor will mark periodic mentions the status of the Fan Page of FADJA highlighting their importance, generating products and expectations with your participation in the fair.
|III. PRINTED ADVERTISING:
• Presence of the Platinum Sponsor’s logo in the invitations of the Andean Gaming Trade Show, FADJA 2014.
• Platinum Sponsor’s Logo on the registration name cards of FADJA 2014.
• Delivery of 200 invitations for the exhibition, with unique logo for distribution by the Platinum Sponsor.
IV. ADVERTISING BANNERS IN FADJA 2014 EXHIBIT:
Location of the Platinum Sponsor’s logo in the exhibition area: • One (1) outside Corferias measuring 12 x 4 meters
• One (1) in the main entrance of Corferias Pavilion measuring 6 x 3 meters.
• One (1) in the main stage of FADJA 2014 measuring 2 x 1.20 meters.
V. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
• The Platinum Sponsor will have the right to do a merchandising campaign (brand activation) in the Great Hall if this does not affect the other exhibitors and if he/he asks for previous authorization from the organizers of the trade show with a complete description of the activity to be performed.
• The organization will interview the Platinum Sponsor for the Institutional video FADJA 2014 that will remain on the web since May 30, 2014 until May 30, 2015.
